About the apartment:
This 150 square meter split-level apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a secure residential apartment building without a lift. It is fully furnished and comfortable for up to 6 people. The apartment is incredibly spacious thanks to its well thought-out design with separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a spacious gathering area.
The living room is furnished with two large comfortable sofas, a coffee table and decorative fireplace. The space is bright and airy with lots of natural light as well as plenty of additional lighting. There is a flat screen TV that has a mix of English and international channels. Just off of the living room lies the dining area with a dining table and chairs for six so that you can eat meals in the apartment if you fancy staying in one evening instead of dining out in one of the many nearby restaurants.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, teakettle and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can benefit from the luxury of being able to prepare meals at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. There is a small breakfast bar with stools where you can enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon snack.
The Master bedroom contains a queen size bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. All sheets and linens are provided and you will find the beds neatly made upon arrival. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and towel warmer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 6 people as well. A hair dryer is also included so you can leave yours at home!
The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate bathtub, toilet and sink. There is also an additional water closet with a toilet and sink.
A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the flat. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

This beautiful London apartment rental is located in one of the most vibrant and central areas of London. It is just minutes from the British Museum where you can visit a vast collection of artefacts and art from around the world. The neighbourhood is home to an array of opportunities for culture, food, drink, arts and live entertainment in London. You can easily explore one of London’s distinct neighbourhoods by foot, including Chinatown, Covent Garden or Piccadilly Circus. In the mood for some live theatre? Walk to the West End district where you will a countless number of theatres playing the hottest musicals and comedy acts. No trip to London would be complete without a visit to the lively Camdentown neighbourhood, where you will find shopping opportunities galore. Allow your taste buds to take a trip around the world by visiting the Camden international market where you will find scrumptious treats from countries from all over the globe. Regents Park and the London Zoo are just a short stroll away and a great option if you are visiting London with children.
Within walking distance to two London Underground stations, Charing Cross and Leicester Square you can easily access the other must-see areas of London, including Mayfair and Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Gardens, Harrods department store, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square or Saint Paul’s Cathedral. - Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.
- Checkout is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: £130
- Damage Deposit. £400. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card during the check-in.
- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.
- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people.

- One-time cleaning fee - £130 : 130 GBP, included
- Booking Fee : 0.039 percent rent, included
In case of cancellation of booking by the client:
At a date of 70 days or more prior to the check-in date: 80% of the total booking will be refunded.
If cancelled by the tenant within 70 days or less of the date of arrival or during the tenants stay, the full amount of the rent will be retained by management, and no refund will be possible in case of early departure.
The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance which allows the tenant: - to be reimbursed for the unused period due to cancellation or interruption of stay, - to have compulsory rental insurance required by French Law for damage due to fire, explosion, and water.
In case of violation of the rules, management has the right to cancel guest's reservation without any refund (the customer will have to pay the total balance for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay).
