Located right on Charlotte Street, there are hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep (don't worry - its a penthouse, you can hear any of it!) Unbeatable location in the heart of the West End, the large private space, the awesome roof terrace with great views across central London.
We are moments from Tottenham Court Road Station and Goodge Street Station- and being in Zone 1 you can access the whole of London in no time! A short walk from Oxford Street and Oxford Circus, as well as Mayfair, Soho and Leicester Square - you might never want to leave!
There are 3 double bedrooms (1 with its on en suite shower!), and a 4th bunk bedroom, as well as 2 double sofa beds in the lounge. The dining room is located in the kitchen, there are 2 other bathrooms, and a wonderful panoramic roof terrace overlooking London that is not to be missed!
We have dozens of restaurant recommendations - please let us know and we can point you the right direction!

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event of a cancellation, the total cost is payable in adherence with the cancellation policy on the booking platform.
Bookings cancelled more than 70 days in advance of the booking will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled between 40-70 days in advance of the booking will incur a 60% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 40 days in advance of the booking will not be eligible for a refund and will incur 100% cancellation fee.
The client is strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
