About the apartment:
This 110 square meters Mayfair rental property is located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building with a lift. These fully furnished London accommodations offer a central, safe and family-friendly place to stay in the city. The flat is incredibly spacious thanks to its well thought-out design with separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a spacious gathering area.
The open-plan living and dining room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and armchair. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep two extra guests if necessary (additional linens are provided). The space is bright and airy, and there is coffee table as well as plenty of additional lighting. There is a flat screen TV with cable and a free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the apartment. There is a dining table and chairs for four so that you can eat meals in the apartment if you fancy staying in one evening to admire the nighttime views over London.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. An iron and board are provided for your convenience. There is a dining table and chairs should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the restaurants in Mayfair. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs.
The private bedrooms are situated on each side of the living area and each one contains a large double bed, nightstands, an armchair and plenty of closet space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, heated towel rail, toilet, sink and a hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 6 people as well. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast.
A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

This London holiday home is located in one of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, the prestigious Mayfair located in the City of Westminster. This sophisticated quarter is home to luxury shopping, impressive buildings and architecture and clean and quiet streets. It also houses many fine art galleries and antique stores. Its exclusive restaurants and hidden gardens will leave you in awe. Step in to one of its many historic pubs to travel back in time while you sip on a pint of a cold brew. The area is bordered by two of London’s Royal Parks, Hyde Park and Saint James Park, two favourites of Londoners for jogging, walking, having a picnic and getting a breath of fresh air.
There are two London Underground Stations located within a 5 minutes walk, Hyde Park Corner or Green Park stations (Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly Lines). With such easy access to the Metro, you can easily move around the rest of the city. - Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: £110
- Damage Deposit. £400. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card during the check-in.
- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.
- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people.

- Booking Fee : 0.039 percent rent, included
In case of cancellation of booking by the client:
At a date of 70 days or more prior to the check-in date: 80% of the total booking will be refunded.
If cancelled by the tenant within 70 days or less of the date of arrival or during the tenants stay, the full amount of the rent will be retained by management, and no refund will be possible in case of early departure.
The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance which allows the tenant: - to be reimbursed for the unused period due to cancellation or interruption of stay, - to have compulsory rental insurance required by French Law for damage due to fire, explosion, and water.
In case of violation of the rules, management has the right to cancel guest's reservation without any refund (the customer will have to pay the total balance for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay).
