About the vacation home:
This 60 square meters home is located on the ground floor of a residential apartment building without a lift. The building has secure access and is located on a quaint residential street, just steps away from an exciting district of London.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a luminous living area with beautiful hardwood floors. There is a large comfortable sofa and a flat screen television with a mix of English and foreign language channels for your enjoyment. The living room has ample storage space. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep two extra people and additional sheets and linens are available for this bed.
Just off the living area you will find the large, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, teakettle and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can benefit from the luxury of being able to prepare meals at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are also at your disposal. There is a dining table and chairs in for four in the living area so that you can eat meals in the apartment if you fancy staying in one evening instead of dining out at one of the best Marble Arch area restaurants.
Moving on to the upper level, you will find the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large double bed with big windows allowing plenty of natural light to flow in. You have all the storage space you could need closets, wardrobes and plenty of hanging space and drawers for all your clothes. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival
There is also a full bathroom on the upper level with a combination bathtub/shower, toilet, hand washbasin, hair dryer and towel heater for your convenience. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 6 people as well.
A free Wi-Fi connection is available through the flat so you can stay connected while in London. This home is heated during the winter months and while there is no air conditioning, fans are provided for those warm summer days. Upon arrival, a member of our Welcoming Team will meet you, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the home and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat containing suggestions on where to eat and shop in London’s Marble Arch neighbourhood as well as what to see and do in London.
About the Marble Arch Location:
This short stay vacation home in London’s Marble Arch neighbourhood could not be any more central. Situated just seconds away from the famous Oxford Street, you will find all of the world’s most popular stores. It is perfect for anyone looking to go on a shopping spree in London. You’ll also find some traditional English pubs and great dining opportunities in the area. Art lovers should not miss a visit to the nearby Wallace Collection.
Marble Arch Tube Station (Central Line) is located just down the street and provides easy transport connections to all the tourist attractions in London. With the London Underground, you can easily reach sights such as Buckingham Palace and the London Eye, visit Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, or go shopping at Harrods Department Store. The Tube stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton airports.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.
- Checkout is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: £110
- Damage Deposit. £400. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card during the check-in.
- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.
- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.
- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people.
- Minimum age of renter. The renter must be 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation of booking by the client:
At a date of 70 days or more prior to the check-in date: 80% of the total booking will be refunded.
If cancelled by the tenant within 70 days or less of the date of arrival or during the tenants stay, the full amount of the rent will be retained by management, and no refund will be possible in case of early departure.
The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance which allows the tenant: - to be reimbursed for the unused period due to cancellation or interruption of stay, - to have compulsory rental insurance required by French Law for damage due to fire, explosion, and water.
In case of violation of the rules, management has the right to cancel guest's reservation without any refund (the customer will have to pay the total balance for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay).
