On approach to the property you will be struck by the beautiful exterior of the house; painted in deep midnight blue set against the brown brickwork of the upper floors, it truly stands out as a unique home!

With lovely oak fittings, the kitchen has all the things you will need including a dishwasher, integral oven and large fridge/freezer. There is a glass table with chairs, and a TV so you can enjoy breakfast with the family whilst sunshine pours in from the bay window. Conveniently, there is also a bathroom with a WC on this floor.
The dining area you will find upstairs on the first floor. This is a room bursting with character; there are fascinating paintings adorning the walls, stacks of books and unique artwork. To one side are cosy white sofas around a glass coffee table, and facing a large TV and modern fireplace. On the other side of the room is a glass dining table and stylish chairs which can seat up to 6. With stunning manicured lawns and beautiful stretches of greenery, this is a perfect place for a picnic lunch in the sunshine.
